I wish i had searched the reviews for this shop before buying! Bought a hat advertised as 4-12 years old on the website and it does not fit my 4 year old, too small!! More than that, on the phone the operator said is One Size… well it may be one size for 1-3 but not 4-12, if this doesn’t fit a standard size 4 year old how would it fit her at 12??? If i want to return i need to pay for shipping myself, which with the most cheaper carrier is one third of the cost of the product! Never returning to this store again

Very racist, stuff mean due to my color they asked me to leave the store whit my kids i asked them whats the reason she said shes to busy both of the stuff didnt know am i a canadian singer and i can afford everything they had in store just moved to uk and moving to my new home as i was dressed for moving and she was rude to my kids my child is autistic and she is not feeling happy about us leaving the store the problem is they asked my 14 year old autistic child to.leave the store the store is located on shenfiled .. worst stuff worst experience i had in my life

Went into the shop & realised I had left something on the cooker at home - asked shop assistant to let me pls use the phone as I had left my phone at home also. Was told she cannot help - so left shop therefore any sale lost and future purchases also (I have spent a considerable amount in there already). Poor Poor customer service. Shame as liked their products.

Borderline scammers. I would not recommend to buy from them, because you can’t get free return, you will have to pay postage to return your item and even if item fits small they will try to gaslight you saying that item is not small fitting. Please look at the photos.Is that for 12 months old? Are you sure? Looks more like for 0-3 months old? And this company doesn’t have free returns, so I spent £25+ on the item plus delivery and now will have to send it back because it is size of newborn not 1 year old! Contacted customer service and they said that it doesn’t come small. Oh, wow! Gaslighting too? I tried it on my baby, she is premature so smaller than other children her age. She is 10 months old and size 12 months is already small on her, but I supposed to believe customer service adviser and not my own eyes apparently. Customer service is appalling and I will be sending it back (losing money on it) and never buy anything from them again.

Very disappointed I ordered 2 items size 9m for my 4m old grandson because it said to size up,so seeing as I sized up by more than double his age I thought they would definitely be big enough but they were tiny too small for him. Delivery and return cost me £7.30, you really need to be told to size up by two then I would have ordered a 12m and it would have fitted him
