Excellent nursery and amazing staff. After looking round most nurseries in the Smethwick area I found this one to be the most welcoming with a great environment for children to play and learn. My daughter has developed and learned so much since attending this nursery and is now fully ready for school. The staff and management are approachable, friendly and caring my daughter loved every moment of her experience here.

An absolute rip off for what you get. Breach of confidentiality by discussing with other members of my family regarding my charges/account in my absence without my consent. Kids not being looked after properly, as soon as the notice to leave was put in - the attitude of staff changed dramatically- the child was refusing to go there - now well settled in another nursery and is so happy. Building old and rustic. Managers not there half of the time - have to call several times to discuss anything. Do not recommend at all.
