    I had Gels done on my nails and toe nails. After 5 days the gels are now starting to come off. I also found them unfriendly, being that I had not been there before I expected them to be a bit more hospitable. The shop also did not have any atmosphere. I will not be going back.

    I have been to many nail salons, and I have to say this has to be the worst one. London prices but not the same finished smooth result. I have never had infills done so rushed. Infills didn’t even look infilled I have gaps pretty much been painted over. Which won’t last a week. I said to the lady who was doing my nails, that’s not how infills should look, then I get told she got 20 years experience, And started shouting me down. Which I stood my ground and said anyone can have 20 years experience, if you have learnt the wrong way you learnt the wrong way. Anyways I have still got gaps which look like I need infills again, after day 1. Waste of money I don’t recommend. Will never ever go back. Trying to say they was trying to save me money, £32 for infills that are done so poorly is a joke absolute rip off! I’m shocked anyone actually goes back. 20 years experience and around my nails are cut up? Poor quality nails as a result and bad customer service from one lady in there. The the man and the young lady in there, was no rude at all but the old lady in there was disgusting how she spoke to me.
