Me and my kids fav place! We joined several family clubs in London before but they don’t have kids club. It is place where both parents and kids can relax at the same time. However, I would suggest the club should increase their fee a little bit, because it is quite crowd now and always hard to book a parking space!

My daughter is a member and we love this place . All the staff know her name. The girls from the front door are lovely and from the restaurant too with special mention to Eliza and Alex which are just brilliant every time we are there! We would have a lunch or dinner each time we go ( we stay long ) great food ! I can’t say enough how happy we are at Jaegos!

It s a nice environment for kids to play but because of the lack of staff members and the number of kids the place is not enjoyable as much . It can turn in to chaos very quickly and this is not only for the play area but also for the restaurant. It is obvious that there is not enough staff member to offer a good customer services . I would definitely recommend to study this point closely .Also food wasn't that good , we even had burned burgers
