Things have really gone downhill at this nursery recently. Some rude staff, dismissive management and I now don't feel like my daughter is been cared for like she should be.

Little giggles is outstanding in every way! My children are delighted to go there as it's such a great place for playing and learning. The best part is the dedicated staff. I would definitely recommend them!

Both my girls Willow (age 3) and Piper (1) go to Little Giggles Great Moor and I wouldnt have them go anywhere else. Willow joined in the recommendation from my sister and I'm so happy. The staff are wonderful, willow joined from a year old and has learnt and developed so much. Piper has just recently joined and I was nervous about having to drop her off (during this pandemic) and not being able to see her react to being left alone. But with the help of the staff at Great Moor, I was instantly settled knowing that she was good and happy, Piper loves coming to nursery and her skills have progressed so much since going. I would recommend the friendly loving staff and nursery all day. I look forward to Willow & Piper returning in september. Thank you x

Baby comes back in small nappies although iv provided the correct size also dirty nappies! Food is worse than prison food, rude and very young staff! Majority of staff are under 20 and they pay them next to nothing to look after the most precious thing in my life 🤷‍♂️No feedback on how my child’s doing or eating always to busy! No parking on the road! Back garden is so small and dirty and toys are old and broken! There’s is never enough staff in the nursery setting! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE IF YOU CARE FOR THEM BECAUSE THIS NURSERY DEFINITELY WONT!

I looked at 6 nurseries in my area and this one was better then any I had seen. My son has started at 2 years after being at home with me from birth. I thought this was going to be the hardest job ever but within 1 week he was settled. This is due to the staff they are exceptional, caring, kind and will go overboard to cater for each child’s needs. It’s such a relief knowing he is so happy and safe whilst I go to work. I would highly recommend this nursery.
