My little girl has been part of the Little Giants family for almost a year now, and it has been such an amazing experience. The level of care provided by Diana, Mishell and the whole team is exceptional and it really does feel like being part of family. The care is tailored to each child’s needs and it’s so reassuring as a parent to know that your child if being looked after with such love and care. From starting at 7 months as a lock down baby who knew very little than the inside of her home it has been amazing to see my little girl grow in confidence and ability through the care she gets at Little Giants. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We couldn’t recommend Little Giants highly enough! Our son started when he was just seven months old and the team looked after him with such love and care. Every day they organise different activities which are so creative and engaging, the communication is fantastic but most importantly the care is unwavering. They give our son absolutely everything he needs. We love Little Giants and are so sad to be leaving (only because we live too far)!

My daughter has been at little giants for almost 5 months and it's like home from home. Diana and her team look after my daughter as I would - completely individualised care and will be flexible according to each child. I can't recommend Little Giants enough. My daughter arrives and leaves with a smile every day. Thank you Diana and the rest of the team!

I have just seen the review left by Marie and felt the need to comment back on it as I believe this to be unfair. This nursery is run by a lovely lady called Diana and her exceptional staff. Diana is extremely professional, very warm and easy to talk to. My daughter has been in the nursery for over a year now and I am hugely grateful and appreciative on how they look after our kids. As a first time Mom, I was anxious on leaving my daughter but they totally reassured me by keeping me updated on a daily basis and have seen the growth and development my child has gained from being around such a lovely environment. Even during the Covid 19 outbreak, they went the extra mile to keep us safe at all times. The nursery has expanded and have more kids now but the exceptional service has never gone down and keeps on improving. I couldn't recommend enough!!!! I want to thank Diana and her beautiful team for all the love, care and dedication she has shown especially during these difficult times.

I left the nursery few months ago and I didn’t plan at all to put a comment regarding my poor experience. In fact as I find the answer on an below comment completely dishonest I need to share my experience as well. This nursery is run by a mum with couple of years of experience and her 22 years old daughter. When we registered she was selling me the fact that her business partner had years of experience and one of the best childminder (she was never in the picture). I was the first person trusting them when they opened and the service was great. Then after the first lockdown my daughter went to the nursery again and we noticed they had a lot more kids and they were struggling to give an appropriate service. I have so many examples.. the daily report was wrong everyday (pictures of another kid not mine, missing menu or nap, pictures...). When everything changed for good on my side is when they said my child was difficult and not listening (she was only one it's so little ) and she shouldn’t move when we speak outside and she should stay straight. My daughter wanted to run and go outside which is normal for a kid. As the situation was blurred with the covid, one day I asked extremely nicely for a meeting and they were outraged. I said it was only to discussed about my child development and they barked at me saying they’ve done nothing wrong. When I came home in tears I knew it was too unhealthy to pursue with them. we discussed even if they went too far we were open to a conversation and it seemed all good again trying on both side to communicate more. As many other things happened over the months I’m just highlighting the most upsetting events. Indeed, they once said my baby was not sleeping well because I was breastfeeding so I should stop and it’s here a perfect unprofessional example. One day I received a threatening phone call from the lady saying I’ve done something horrible and I should be ashamed (and more!). Mother and daughter were yelling on the phone saying I told to another mum her kids had the covid which I absolutely never did as I don’t even know the parents. The situation was unbelievable and completely unprofessional! I explained to them they should ask for the truth first before accusing a parent and they said this is who they are and they will never change : to accept or leave. To conclude with those examples, I was feeling emotional for weeks about the way I was treated. I felt bullied, harassed and stressed when taking my kid to the nursery which was an insane situation. I can’t take any action against them but I wish I could. I don’t know if they saw an opportunity to make money so they opened a nursery but this is my instinct and I will probably not be the only one in the future as this nursery is only a year old (and still no ofsted report). I’m leaving this comment even if they threatened me when I said I will. This is a part of the story indeed but feeling the Way I felt should never happened. Treated the way I was treated is awful for a young mum especially when we know how difficult and isolating parenthood is.

My little boy started at Little Giants when he was 18 months old and we have nothing but praise for it. Diana and her team are incredibly kind and have created the most wonderful home from home environment. Particularly after lockdown I was worried about how my son would be, leaving my side for the first time, but the settling in process was seamless and he genuinely can’t wait to see the back of me now! We have seen huge improvements in his development (in both English & Spanish!) due to the creative daily activities provided, but above all you know that your child is going to be looked after, fed well and loved daily.

Our youngest son has been at Little Giants Nursery for 7 months or so now. It’s so much more than “daycare”, it’s a loving family environment. Diana and Mishell and their team have created such a warm and nurturing environment - it’s just so special - it doesn’t feel like dropping your child off at nursery it feels like dropping them with a family member. They have really got to know our son and they care for him like one of their own. He couldn’t be happier there. They have just celebrated their first year of business and are absolutely deserving of praise - making such a success of it in a difficult year. Everyday is packed with activities, singing and dancing and crafts. They have a great play garden, and so many excellent toys for the children’s development. During the course of each day they send many lovely photos and notes about our son’s day with them. They are excellent at communicating, and are flexible, understanding and thoughtful. It’s a hidden gem and we are so pleased to have found it! We feel extremely lucky.

We couldn't be more delighted with Little Giants. Diana and her team are wonderful - they have created a truly special place for little ones and we feel very lucky to have our daughter in their care. Our daughter started there aged 9m and is flourishing under their love and care. It's a really intimate setting and gives her the chance to be with a small number of other children and learn from them. There's so much love invested into Little Giants - the garden, the food, the playrooms, the dedicated sleeping rooms are all brilliant, and we love seeing the photos of what she's got up to on the App! We've recommended Little Giants to many friends - anyone who has a child there is very lucky!
