    Ordered a sushi feasting box. Everyone was blown away by the quality of the food and did not stop talking about it. The owner was so very helpful when I called to ask for a different delivery time and to make a random request for a bunch of plain bao buns. What a fabulous business.

    Amazing sushi in the countryside! When I moved to Hampshire I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon a menu for Little Fish in my local wine shop – I placed an order within a few days. There’s a wide range of simple and more deluxe roll options to choose from. You have to order in advance so I picked up our order the next evening (from the same wine shop). The sushi was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The larger rolls were really filling. We have ordered several times since, definitely recommend!

    Wanted to check out Little Fish as I'd received a flyer through the letterbox, and wanted something a bit better than what the local sushi places offer. Was able to order for collection nearby in Farnham, smooth process, great quality sushi (16 piece box) and accompaniments (sticky chilli Korean pulled pork bao buns), good (recyclable) packaging and based on that successful test will definitely be ordering again :) Thank you, Little Fish team!

    We were in the area and were super excited to see that we could get sushi delivered. Placed on order for delivery, including the crunchy chili crab ura maki, edamame and mid week menu's. We noticed that you could pick it up but chose for delivery assuming it would be fresh. Anything in the box that was supposed to be crunchy was soggy, the crispy onions as a topping but also the crunchy chili crab roll. I understand the concept of pre-made sushi, great idea but not when you are planning on using fried products in my opinion. When I order something fried I expect it to be crunchy and fresh and not soggy from sitting in a box for hours. The nigiri all had wasabi on the inside, even though you can get it without wasabi it didn't specifically say on the website that it would be inside the nigiri, bummer as I don't eat wasabi. Presentation was nice though and the delivery was on time.

    This was my complaint below which was sadly dismissed by Little Fish without any concern or remedy. Terrible customer service and arrogance for what is a super premium and expensive service. And I love my sushi so terribly disappointed. Matt Hi guys, I placed an order (K9MB5) for £67.75 of sushi, rice and ribs which I collected from Thyme & tides yesterday. I am genuinely surprised and disappointed about various unacceptable issues for what is a premium priced service. Firstly there are no chopsticks. Even a bog standard sushi box has chopsticks as part of the experience. Secondly the sushi is nicely laid out in the box, with soy sauce which indicates you can pour the sauce onto the sushi. You can’t - it leaked through the tray all over my trousers. Again, even bog standard sushi comes with a plastic lining / tray. If the tray isn’t suitable to use - tell people! Worst of all, there were NO cooking instructions with the rice and ribs I ordered. I checked under the lid, the pot, doesn’t even say where cooking instructions are. After 20 minutes I found the instructions on the web site. Not easy to find (there are 2 eat at home sections). By this time I had lost the will to live, let alone eat. Why you can’t be bothered to include cooking instructions on the packaging, or have a link on the page that says “cooking instructions” defies belief. This was a miserable experience. You can’t claim to deliver a premium experience and then fail to deliver on the basics. This can’t be good for your business. Given all the above I expect some form of refund and response.
