Great concept - but why are you always closed at 12.30 lunchtime - which should be prime time for lunch pick-ups

I needed some food and stumbled on this gem. Overwhelmed with choice I decided to go with the classic bacon and egg roll. The roll was fresh, the bacon perfectly cooked crispy round the edges and the egg cooked to perfection. Honestly best breakfast roll in a while. It was not greasy at all. Great find

The staff(chef & server) is not welcoming at all. Actually they are very rude. You talking to them to have a decent conversation and they just ignoring you. Worst service ever. The food is nice but I rather fetch my breakfast somewhere else.

The member of staff doesn’t know how to pack the food. Lately, the food has been served cold, with barely to no sauce despite requesting it. Sometimes the both the chicken and the vegetables aren’t cooked properly, hence why I will stop buying from them.

I was told breakfast over so bluntly by one of the staff even though it was 10:25 and breakfast doesn't finish until 10:45 as per the website. The screens were also turned off so no one could order any thing so early on in the day. Disgraceful!

The ingredients are fresh but the flavour is lacking. You first need to pay an extra 45p for a sauce but even then the amount given is very small, barely enough to cover the protein option. The rest of the vegetables have no flavouring at all. For a £10+ lunch it is not satisfying.

First and last visit! The staff member at bond street station was soooo rude, I asked if they had porridge. His reply was we don’t do porridge in such a rude way back to me. So I was confused as the menue has porridge showing. So I thought to ask him again and see how I can order this. Again his reply was I don’t know and I don’t care. Order from the machine what is showing. This left me confused and angry, as I work in a retail sector and this is not the kind of service you should be giving especially to customers who are spending their money and paying towards this members salary. His profile was a bold headed light skin medium height fat bodied male and he was from an Eastern European background. He definitely needs training in customer service! Also they don’t have a customer service direct contact which is disappointing. To all Customers I would suggest save your money and take it somewhere where you will be appreciated. Many thanks Azam
