I am so happy that I chose this nursery for my little boy. He started when he was 9 months old and they transitioned him into the baby room so smoothly. He felt comfortable there straight away so that made me feel comfortable. He has been looked after by the most amazing ladies, and he talks about Sophie and Rachel all the time even though he is not in their rooms any more. We particularly loved the toddler room where he went in every day so excited and always knew what he would be doing before he got there. The absolute best thing about Little Faces for me is Daniella the SenCo, who has been amazing with making sure my child's additional needs are met every day and always taking time to reply to my emails and answer all my questions.

Superb setting in beautiful grounds with a "home-from-home" atmosphere. Children are happy and thrive because of the exceptional care they receive from the very attentive staff. I have been visiting this nursery for more than a year weekly to deliver Spanish sessions to the children and every time I'm greeted with joy by staff and children. I love Little Faces and I would highly recommend it!

I have only one child and was looking for a nursery for a year.Im hairdresser so i have many clients with little kids and i asked many people for recommendations.I viewed loads of nurserys before i made my mind.Im so glad i chose this nursery.My daughter loves going there ,they do such a good job .They really care about little once.I would highly recommend

Both my children have been to Little Faces and we couldn’t be happier with how they have been cared for. The staff are extremely caring, and take real interest in what the children do, both inside and outside the care setting. They have a strong focus on development, but also ensuring the children and happy and well rounded. The holistic approach has been excellent in preparing both our children for primary school. The management team have been exemplary. Meals are well balanced, with the odd treat for special occasions :). The setting is beautiful and a safe protective environment. I would happily recommend the nursery to anyone.

Our daughter has attended this wonderful nursery for the past two and a half years. She absolutely loves it - from the staff, the children, the phonics sessions with Vicky, the reptile sessions with Faik and Jo Jingles with Stella. As parents we have always found the nursery staff accommodating and responsive with any questions. I would have no hesitation recommending this place and we are looking forward to our second daughter starting in the future.

The ONLY reason my son no longer goes to Little Faces, is because we moved home and the distance is now too far for me to travel. I have 3 children and have used many nurseries in Chelmsford over the years - Little Faces has hand on heart, genuinely been the best setting I ever have,and ever will have put any of my children in. We miss all of the staff dearly and it will be a nursery we never forget for all of the right reasons.

My daughter is currently at little faces where her development has come on amazingly since starting, the staff are fantastic and so inviting that even when Darcies having a bad morning she spots a member of staff and goes running in. The time and devotion the staff give to the children is something that made me choose this nursery, Darcie is due to start school in September, I’m hoping there will be a space for my other daughter to start in September when she turns 2 even tho that will mean travelling across town for a further 2 yrs I feel the benefits to my child are worth the journeys. Thank you little faces for everything you do for our children.

Both my children have now happily attended little faces 7 years apart! Such a fantastic, friendly and safe nursery. I have always felt that they truly care for my children. On a few occasions one of my boys was unwell and they sat cuddling him until I arrived! During lockdown the nursery had to close to all children other than keyworkers. The children were sent little gifts and provided with videos and zoom classes which my son loved. My second child has additional needs and the Senco/nursery staff have gone out of their way to learn BSL and have provided him with an environment to feel included and safe. My eldest still talks about the nursery and Linda. My youngest son is convinced that his key worker is part of our family as he adores her so much! I honestly cannot recommend this nursery enough.
