Came to collect a parcel and arrived at 6pm on the dot. Their google listing says open til 7pm. I called the store to ask why they were closed and the lady answered in such a condescending unkind manner for no discernible reason. I wasn’t impolite in anyway but was told I should “check the website” and that “I work all day”. Incomprehensible frankly and completely unnecessary.
