Great baby shower service, the room was decorated lovely and the host was veru friendly and warm towards guests. The afternoon tea boxes were nice however sandwiches could have been better.

I came to the Leicester venue yesterday for a mum and daughter spa day with my 2 daughters for an Easter holiday treat. It was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and made my girls feel like princesses all afternoon. I also left happy and relaxed after my pedicure and facial. Amazing treatments and afternoon tea. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back! ❤️

This was not a cheap experience and unfortunately I found it on Facebook where they no longer allow you to review or see them so I wasn’t warned. I can’t fault the girls working there, they did the best with what they had. But, the place is filthy and has had no money spent on it in years with one dirty bathroom. The “selfie” room had a ball pit that hadn’t seen any disinfectant in a long time and a couple of broken umbrellas on the wall. Some serious investment needs to be put back into the venue before spending money opening more sites. It is not worth the cost involved and you are made to pay in advance before you see the facilities. Please be aware before booking.

Would not visit again. Booked Luxury adult day for me and my daughter paid £278. Total waist of money. It was in Leicester. Facilities is awful. Dirty and cobwebs everywhere. Cushions stained and dirty. Staff was polite but not experienced. Never again. I feel like I threw money in a bin
