Daughter paid £26 for an order which she never received. She phoned and spoke to a lady who said order was on its way, didn't arrive. Continued to phone until midnight, no answer. Attepted to call in shop, constantly closed. Finally spoke to a lady in the shop who said the manager would phone within 24 -36 hours but phone call never came. My daughter is now £26 out of pocket due a service she didnt receive!

My only issue with this lovely cake shop is the Vanilla Ice Cream that you get with dessert, it is not vanilla it is like cheap value ice-cream with no flavour. It's a shame they let themselves down serving that with their cakes.

Ordered online and after two hours there was no update, they didn't pick up the phone and I ended up having to go through the delivery site to get a refund which was tricky because they use their own drivers. Very disappointing - Definitely needs to step up their communication and if they are unwilling to use the apps they should probably take the shop offline on them

Where do I start the fact that the woman that picked up the phone kepted telling me my address doesn’t exist too coming with the wrong order then when I rang up to tell her she said I will sort it and put the phone the down on me a while later I rang back to see what was going on for her to say the driver on the way and button me again the driver turned said she was going straight there to get and straight back even told my son then not to turn up or even answer the phone won’t be going back again iam fumming not for me but my kids and I wish I didn’t have to put a star and the kids loved going there but they are left very disappointed have to find somthing else for a treat for them

Visiting Chester for a few days and tried a dessert shop there which sadly disappointed, resulting in us having a refund. Drove to Runcorn and wow! The Little Dessert shop did not disappoint. Very clean, good, swift service and adequate eat in facilities, well worth the ££ and journey.
