We made the trip here earlier this afternoon after my partner’s daughter saw it on TikTok. My partner was placing her order and felt the lady was rude and not paying attention. The order had to be repeated and confirmed quite a few times. We ordered three drinks… a Diet Coke, a Coffee and a milkshake. The Diet Coke was made there and then and we had to wait about 15mins for the other drinks to arrive. Around the same time, two of the meals arrived and we had to wait another 5/10mins for the third. My partners’ meal had a piece of plastic in it which put her off finishing it. We took that plate downstairs and explained about the plastic. The same staff member appeared to dismiss the findings and said it wasn’t plastic but a bit of tissue that must have become heated/burnt…!?! No apology and no offer of any other food/drink or a refund. Will definitely not be returning.
