Have ordered from this shop twice. It’s a little pricey, the packaging is over the top I suspect that’s where most of the cost comes from. On both occasions one of the desserts had a weird chemical type taint and could not be eaten. The other pudding was fine. This was reported to the branch via their email, not expecting any refunds but i did expect some customer care and a response. However they care so little about their customers they could not be bothered to acknowledge the email. I gave them two chances, there won’t be a third.

Had two separate orders and both seems to have been tainted by something. One wasn’t edible at all. The other was manageable. Sent em email with feedback regarding this and heard nothing back. Probably won’t be ordering from here again.
