The desserts are amazing, but service is always odd. Given a menu and then left to sit for half an hour while the staff chat between themselves and the cafe is empty. Staff need to work on actually serving customers rather than just leaving them sitting.

I was recommended this place a number of times, and certainly did not expect to be disappointed. The shop is beautiful, the menu well presented and exciting, the seating comfortable and well laid out. However, despite being excited to see tres leche cake on the menu, in my favourite flavour - pistacio, the execution was inedible. The “cream” on top was fake, stale, rock solid and had the mouth feel of cold oil. The cake it’s self was dry, not soaked as it should be, and was not made better by the pool of look warm green evaporated milk with zero pistacio flavour. We asked for a refund, which was denied, and they attempted to present me with the same cake again. I asked for an alternative and they refused that too. The management just repeated that it was fresh, which it wasn’t. I was getting nowhere, and left with no resolution. I’m sure the dessert itself is an anomaly, everything else looked great BUT the way we were treated, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
