Worse manager or supervisor ever called Khatija , shouting over the phone , spoke to her about changing the time for our booking, ended up lying to me that they dont do the dunking box and that the voucher i have purchased from groupon wont be able to redeem it, i should have seen their reviews before purchasing it, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

We came for a dessert last night, ordered two cakes and a waffle. When we got home the cake box was very light and when I opened it I wasn't happy with the portion size, it felt like you had one peice of chocolate cake and cut it into two pieces. So on that, I'm not impressed. I have tried to phone to make this complaint

Got a school cake (retro cake as they call it) it was like it had been sat there for days on end the icing was like a piece of stone and the sponge had no flavour to it what so ever, the custard come freezing cold like glue! Will ever be going there again! Stay clear!

Ordered at 11.18 (12 mins before closing) they took our payment and confirmed our order only to be told an hour later by delivery customer services and the MANAGER that they had cancelled our order. Don’t accept the order if you cant be arsed to do it.
