Awful desserts & customer service. Ordered 2 sundaes - the ice cream in both tasted completely off, they were inedible. We raised this with the staff who agreed refund us but then another member of staff refused a refund despite us being unable to eat the full dessert. Never asked for a refund from a restaurant before - that's' how bad it was - and yet they refused despite serving us ice cream that tasted of chemicals. Don't waste your money.

Order was wrong Asked for a eat in and it was bagged for a takeout (table of 6) It was then replated which was nice of them Forgotten the cone for ice-cream and re did that. And checked the reason why and they only had 3 people working in a 20man cover. 3 stars is for the management lack of staffing The staff were awesome and very helpful.

I visited bullring little dessert shop on bank holiday monday yesterday and I was welcomed by a lovely hijabi member of staff, I asked her for her name and she told me shes named Asha . She was able to provide me with allergen information for my children and she took great care when handling my order, the customer service made me leave a tip but just in case she didn’t know, thank you for making my day .

The staff is absolutely amazing and is frankly the best desserts and milkshake I have ever had. Everyone went above and beyond to make this a great experience for us. You would not want to miss this gem. 10/10. I am definitely coming back here whenever I’m in the area.

Very disappointed! I've had much better cookie dough for far less, seating was uncomfortable and staff were very slow to clear tables away. There's plenty more dessert shops to visit instead

Wish I could give zero for the dry cake and non existent customer service, typical of a business that has stale and disgusting products, they don't want to acknowledge that they can't make desserts, as it better to just ignore customers and continue to take the money! How can you produce this rubbish?! Utter joke.
