We stayed at Little Comfort Farm mid May and it was an amazing holiday. The farm itself is beautiful and wild. Our 3 year olds played in the stream, meadows and woods every day for hours and loved visiting the geese and looking chickens roaming the grounds. The cottage (Woodlark) is super cosy, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for a family of four to stay. Jeremy and Jodie were super helpful with suggestions for day trips, beaches and places to eat/drink and it was lovely to have a chat about this and that. We are seriously considering to go back next year, as the location is just perfect to explore North Devon. Don't be put off by the lanes leading to the farm - comparable to tiny Welsh country lanes- but we hardly ever ran into cars.

Little Comfort Farm was the perfect place to stay with our 2 young boys. The cottage was very comfortable and the farm is lovely with lots to see and do nearby. Very close to lots of places including the beach! Jeremy and Jodie were great hosts, if we could give more stars we would! Rooms: Very comfortable beds and bed linen. Lots of space Nearby activities: Lots to do and see in the area Safety: Jodie and Jeremy were kind enough to put up a stair gate for us which helped enormously with our 1 year old Walkability: In a very peaceful valley with lots of wildlife

We just had a lovely family christmas at Little Comfort Farm. We stayed in The Mill House which was very clean, tastefully decorated and had a fantastic kitchen with very large oven which was incredibly useful given we are keen cooks and there were a lot of us. Jeremy and Jodie were helpful, responsive and accommodating and the farm is beautiful. We would definitely return in the future.

Beautifully situated in the valley and a real treat to stay somewhere so quiet. We stayed in Caen Byre for the week and it was so comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. The farm shop was a real treat to have to hand particularly the fresh apple juice.

This beautiful farm ticked all my boxes. Most holiday cottages leave a lot to be desired, especially in the kitchen department, but this one was so well equipped and comfortable that we felt sad to leave! It is very clear that Jeremy and Jody care a huge amount about the farm's environmental impact and have thought about absolutely everything without compromising on the comfort of their guests. Only complaint is that our holiday was far too short!!
