Over priced and the toilet was the waste disposal as well and a fair walk to it.

I'm afraid that the person below went next door to my lovely neighbour's garden and she tried to explain to him that he couldn't camp there as she wasn't the camp site!

We stayed here Friday - Sunday just gone after deciding to try out our new tent locally before travelling too far from home ! The pitch is quiet , lovely & secure … Linda is very welcoming (not sure what the negative reviews on here are about ) as she really was lovely. Electric hook ups didn’t trip once and we had quite a few things plugged in at once, including a fridge. Location is a short walk through the field to miller & carter and Starbucks 👏 area is very well maintained. The only reason I haven’t given it five stars is purely because of the toilet situation .. having to walk across the field . And out the back of the farm , through the gate to the one toilet (especially if you need the loo middle of the night, isn’t very nice .. especially with young children. Converting a part of one of the barns into a shower toilet block would be amazing - however If the majority of guests are motor home owners I can see why it hasn’t been done. It would however , make a huge difference to the quality of stay. All in all , a great little field for our first camp experience don’t be put of by the negative reviews , I (apparently) moan about everything 🤪 and other than the toilet situation couldn’t fault Bramshot. After a day stuck in traffic jams on our return from Cornwall to Dover, we tried our best luck at 8 pm to find a place to spend the night. We were sent away by an unfriendly lady because we hadn’t booked… although apparently there were pitches available… we won’t return here…

5 van and 10 tent site 12 Vans/motorhomes here, some parked very close! Large cars alone have to come through gate then reverse a bit to get into site. We were told "no access problems" when booking. Very tight turn into gate needing good reversing skills to line up caravan and enter. One toilet on site - which is also the chemical toilet disposal. Electric supply post keeps tripping, TV, and low wattage kettle + fridge was enough to trip it 4 times this morning. £27 a night is a bit much.

Very rude don't think they like people staying there seemed we were not welcome and was to much of a hassle for her. 1 x Toilet the back of beyond take a torch if need it in dark (down lane back past caravan through gate behind the units 1 x door to 1 x toilet) picture is of toilet location (red arrow).Must be only 10amp electric as we got there plugged in and then it tripped the electric. Not on our post which were 16amp trips all fine had tripped at main distribution point.luckily had a long lead to another point.Caravan access is really tight.Go through the gate and then a 90' right turn long vehicles/caravans would struggle we had to drive to the left then reverse back into site.Would rather stay an hour out our way than back there.Could be a pleasant site if owner was welcoming, polite electric amperage increased and better toilet facilities.Shame as it was an ideal place for us.Pic is where THE Toilet is. Doesn't deserve to be listed/certified on Caravan and camping club.
