I called TPH on the recommendation of an auto electrician. My problem was with the diesel additive tank which had failed. I booked my van in and they had diagnosed the problem and ordered exactly what was needed. Unfair car manufacturers withhold diagnostic software so it couldn't be linked with the ECU and had to use Citroën. From the ladies in reception to the mechanic's and the boss Tom they are a professional outfit. Fully recommended by me, and as I'm self employed, time off struggling doesn't pay me. Right 1st time. Absolutely shocking service, took my car in and they said it would be done by 5, then I had to ring at half 5 to see where it was and they wanted to keep it for another 5 days. Then told me my head gasket had gone on the car, then they said it hadn’t, then they said it had, and now I’ve taken it to be repaired the head gasket is fine!! Misdiagnosed my car and charged me 70 quid!! Absolute rip off and don’t recommend. Guy who owns this rips everyone off . AVOID!
