Dreadful service, ordered 4 lights on 24 September only 1 arrived, we were told the others would be a few weeks. Finally arrived at the end of November. We were told we could get a refund for one of the lights as we had found a matching centre light elsewhere. On returning we were told we could only have a voucher. Despite trying to explain, we were rudely told there was nothing. they could do about it, take a voucher or take the product! Dreadful customer service.

Just went in as hadn’t liked any light fittings anywhere and I had visiting all the giants such as the range, b&q, dunelm, Wayfair and this shop hasn’t got anything on them! The variety and range is unlimited and stunning beautiful designs. Literally spoilt for choice . The very helpful lady Linda was amazing n excellent Cust service. Highly recommended!
