Their service is absolutely exemplary, commitment to quality and customer service is 2nd to none. Not to mention the time that they spent with us talking through all of the options that we could have with our doors in their showroom. Our doors, the fitting and the way that the whole project was handled from start to finish was without fault. Their attention to detail, understanding of their product, availability, communication, pricing, everything that you have to do to come into contact with this company is a pleasure. We looked at many different patio doors before deciding on the quality of the Schuco sliding patio doors, then visited three Schuco suppliers before selecting Lite Haus. We selected Lite Haus and their Schuco ASE60 lift and slide door, for their explanation of the product, their friendly, efficient service and of course the price. As we were having an extension built, we needed some flexibility on the installation date, which they accommodated and they also supported the builder with information for the preparation of the installation, which was three large sliding doors across an opening of 7.950m x 2.1m. They even recommended a local blind company who we had install a Blindspace box section that the blind retracts into, which completes the look we wanted. We are really pleased with the installation, as the doors provide a real wow factor to our extension, giving the effect of bringing the garden into the room. In summary, great product, great company, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lite Haus.

Ready pleased that we chose Lite Haus to supply and install the Schuco patio doors for our new extension. We were undecided between Bi-fold or sliding patio doors but after visiting the Lite Haus Coventry showrooms with our Architect Plans and discussions with Mark we decided to go with 3.6 x 2.1 metre Schuco AE60 Slim Slide doors. Definitely the right choice for us. The Lite Haus surveyor visited the site once the builder had completed the extension brickwork to take the patio door measurements and he had extensive discussions with the builder to ensure that the base of the patio doors would be flush with the tiling and how much of the frame reveal could be plastered in advance of the patio door installation. The whole process with Lite Haus from pre-sales advice, survey, scheduling, installation and invoicing went exactly to plan and, of course, the build quality of the Schuco ASE60 slim line slide doors are impressive and surprisingly good value for money. Thoroughly recommend Lite Haus.

I am an interior designer and have recently had some large Schuco picture windows and large 'lift and slide' sliding doors installed in our new house extension. From day one, Mark our sales contact was professional, informative, non 'pushy' and provided me with all of the details and information I required. The installation team were very efficient, polite and professional, and a pleasure to deal with on the day. The lift and slide doors are large and glide effortlessly and I'm really pleased we finally went with this option. Cost wise the Schuco range isn't the cheapest, though Litehaus were comparable against other premium products I had quoted. As they say, 'you pay for what you get', and I'm happy that I stretched the extra mile to get a product that is worth investing in. I don't recommend anybody or companies often but if you are in the market for great quality doors and windows I would recommend Litehaus and their Schuco range.
