Initially motivated, helpful and keen to deliver, their interest soon drifted off. It was difficult to make basic changes to the lighting plan, they provided limited opinion to help us get the plans/details right so we had to remediate ourselves. To top it off, we spent £700-£800 on lights for our kitchen cabinets which did not fit and LitSpaces did not allow us to return these despite it being their job to ensure they were suitable.
