Turned up in September last year for the Harvest Festival and was denied entry. The web site said that you could buy a ticket on the door, so I was shocked when the young lady on the door told me, punitively 'not true'...!!! I paid a rail ticket to get into central London for this. It wasn't easy getting there. I stood a further few minutes in the rain as the young lady kept letting others in... completely ignoring me. It was very de-humanising. Completely put me off any of your events..
