Dealt with Aston from start to finish. Car was as described, all questions were answered quickly and, overall, a very easy transaction throughout. Aston even put 1/2 tank of fuel in the vehicle (for no extra charge) which is pretty generous in a Discovery. Everything I requested to be done, was done prior to collection. Fantastic place! After a couple of rough starts with different Volvo garages, I finally found Dave and Listers Worcester. I called Easter Monday to enquire if the 4 cars I had seen online were still available and was advised yes. We had a 2 hour drive with our 2 Labrador’s along for the ride and we were treated like old friends. The dogs were welcomed into the showroom and they were allowed in the car when we went or a test drive. The cars were well presented and clean and Dave gave us a route to follow to test drive. We were very happy with the car we test drove and agreed a deal with Dave that day. He explained all the products and offered services that we could take as optional extras. Happily we picked up our car last Saturday and we are overjoyed with the car and outstanding service from Dave and Listers Worcester. We would recommend Dave and the team and I am a customer for life now!

Not the best experience. For what is a premium brand, this has not been a premium service. Chloe, who deals with servising, is ovely and tries her best but as my first experience of owning a volvo it is not good and I won't have another. My last car was a VW, and the standard of customer service by Vertu Volkswagen Hereford was faultless even though my car was 7 years old. My personal advice would be to avoid volvo as they do not appear to be interested in you unless you are buying a car.
