Recently bought an used approved Golf GT from another dealership far out and within 3 days I noticed unusual vibration at around 30 mph, exactly when the ‘2 cylinder mode’ would kick in. I took the car into Leamington VW service in the morning, explained my problem to Jonathan who instantly arranged a test drive in hopes to recreate the issue with one of their technicians, Luke. On the same day afternoon they called and informed that they had rectified the issue and only a software update to the ECU was needed. They invited me to have another test drive with the technician during which I ascertained that the vibration was gone! The car even drove a bit smoother! Big thank you to Jonathan at the service desk and Luke who diagnosed the issue brilliantly!

So far, so good. I dropped my car here for a minor warranty issue, and considering I didn't purchase from them as the car of choice was not available, they have treated me as a new customer.
