Had to return twice and upload documents on email to sort paperwork. Also received a phone call due to direct debit mandate not being completed correctly. The valet of car was poor. We had to get someone to remove sticker residue, there was mud splashed down side - it was a dry day on collection. There was also stickers on inside not removed. I’ve noticed there’s still marks on paintwork where it’s showing where the protective sticker were.

Nov 2022 Sir special Ian and Sir Luke are super amazing people to work with. They supported me again to purchase another new Toyota - this time Yaris Hybrid. Provided super excellent service and support. They are part of my family for life - thank you for being amazing with me and my family. Due to their special service I also ordered a new Toyota Rav4 plug in as well. You are world class team! I would like to add some more details in June 2023 - I would like to express the AMAZING support I have received by a top salesperson Ryan Benn and a top salesperson Sir Ian Hopwood. Ian told me so much about the car and did the drive test with me. Ran also helped me with everything else I needed it here we go I am ordering a new car.
