Yesterday I bought a used Yaris Hybrid car from Listers Toyota Grantham in part exchange for my 13 year old Honda Jazz. I found the whole process to be a really pleasant experience. Andrei led me through the process with great understanding. I was able to negotiate a fair price for the Jazz and was happy with the price agreed for the 1 year old Yaris Hybrid. At no time did I feel pressurized into anything and Andrei answered all my questions with clarity and patience. Thank you to Andrei, Adam and the staff for your excellent service.

I picked up my new Toyota Aygo recently and I am very happy with the entire experience, from initial queries to driving away in my new car. The whole experience can be quite confusing and overwhelming as it is a big decision both financially and practically. I was advised and supported by the team at Lister's, particularly the lovely Kayleigh, who deserves an award for patience above and beyond the call of duty trying to explain the technical details to someone who needs to know but isn't really interested!!! When I arrived to pick up the car I had a reserved table, my car roped off ready for a ' handover ' and a thank you card signed by the staff. All in all, I was well impressed which is a rare occurrence these days.
