Listers emailed to remind me that Service and MOT were due. I called and booked it in. I was disappointed to find that they now charge for collection and delivery so I made my own arrangements. I dropped the car off on the day at the appointed time. I was told I would be contacted when it was ready. After a few hours I received a video clip of the 'visual check' but all it showed was around 30 seconds worth of the front of my car with the bonnet raised. Nothing else. Nobody called me to say whether it was ready or not at that point so I was a bit confused. I called Listers and was told my car was about to have the 'complimentary' wash and clean and I could go to pick it up. I arrived within 30 minutes and someone went over the details of the service with me pointing out a couple of issues that need to be sorted in the near future, which was very helpful. Car cleaned, serviced and MOT completed. All very efficient. I would have given 5 stars but downgraded to 4 stars due to being told that collection and delivery is now a chargeable item and also due to the pointless video clip of the front of the car.
