    Investigated fault with my Skoda Yeti, but we knew what the issue was because the RAC had already produced a report. We sent through that info, but they didn't seem to use it until after the engineer had done the inspection. Video review of issues helpful. Fixed puncture for free. Reset EGR valve warning, but wouldn't clean it so we are just waiting for it to go wrong again and probably need replacing next time. Cleaned the car exterior though, which was nice. Services: Tires, Oil change, Auto engine diagnostic
