    Absolutely Shambolic level of service. I decided to take my Car there against the Insurance company’s wishes as I thought an official Mercedes Benz body shop would provide a better service than the insurers choice of Bodyshop- Not so. After having the car 5 weeks and having suffered delays because they couldn’t get the parts from Mercedes uk - (Bonding Kit) they finally gave me a delivery date … hallelujah I thought! But hang on…... 12 hours before delivery we now have a message telling us that the Wheel Alignement on the car is out…and they need to keep it another week 🙈🧐 - why not make sure everything is ok before arranging delivery and affecting peoples plans?? Seems simple right??? Apart from the lady in reception the responses from their team have been Woeful- totally chaotic. AVOID Service: Body & Trim
