Remember the days when we had dr k. Tully... Nothing was too much and she took the time to listen thoroughly and with compassion. She saw me through many low days and always always got to the bottom of any concerns had. An absolutely amazing family gp. Was so sad to see her go.. 😢

Dr Faisal Sattar is rude , arrogant lacks complete empathy. Made my nan wait over an hour past her appointment , saw other patients again before seeing her & didn't bother to apologise and assist. Complete incompetence from the surgery and doctors there once again. A continuous problem there. Formal complaints will be made & action will be taken against that complete waste of space.

I phoned bang on 8am and automated service said queue was full????? So I tried again and hour later , told I was 21st in the queue. Pressed the number for a call back. Over an hour later no call back!! This surgery is a disgrace!! The doctors are fantastic but getting to see them is impossible.

Impossible to get an appointment, ended up being told to go to AnE if I had any issues that wouldn't wait for 5 weeks for the next appointment or I could ring back in the morning at 8am and "hope" I get an appointment before their all gone .I ended up going to AnE to find another 8 people there that had been told the same thing by this surgery. If I could give no stars I would have
