One star is too much for this surgery. I’m the receptionist never answers the phone. I’ve been waiting on the phone for half an hour and then cut off. It’s impossible to see a doctor. They will call you up and harass you into having all types of vaccines and unnecessary blood tests but you could be during and the doctor won’t see you.

Worst surgery in Halifax! They do not give face to face appointments no matter how sick you may be and never pick up the phones. Staff members are trained to lie to patients that they will get a call back from doctors. Receptionists are incompetent and the manager Shana Begum thinks every patient is mentally unstable when asking for medical treatment and she neglects every single patient. Somebody from the medical institute really does need to interfere and check what is happening at this surgery. Shana Begum should not be working as a manager in any healthcare environment! She does not do her job at all!! She tells receptionists to lie that she is not there when patients come to query or complain when she just sits in the back acting so arrogant and disrespectful. Whoever will come to work there will quickly find out this practice is so corrupt and full of injustice!

Filled in a detailed questionnaire about my illness was told I’d get a call back. Waited all day for call With phone nearby. Noticed they had rung but phone didn’t ring. Noticed all 3 calls have the same log time on my phone so they rang 3 times in a minute? With no phone ringing? Rang them Back got through the system eventually to be told I had to start over as I had had my 3 calls!!!
