This is by far the worst GP I have ever been to. The reception is absolutely diabolical, they are belittling and have zero regard for you. The practice manager is trying her best to do damage control, she is very calm and a tentative, which was the only reassuring thing. The lack of basic communication skills is crazy. I had to wait 3 week on average to see a GP and even then, they tried to push my appointment back by a few hours and even by a day. There is a re-occurring double booking issue. They also state that you can use their online portal to make bookings. They have two systems which do not work at all. If you want make a booking, you will have to call them and then deal with the receptionist, which is the worst part and make it very difficult. I have informed GP that I suffer from certain issues, which the GP said it doesn’t seem that you have them. How can you say that? I am the one living are using this body, not you. I can feel the daily struggles, the restrictions and the pain. Please do not wast your time, because they are unable to deal with situations and provide you the right care and support. your health will deteriorate by the time you are seen, It would be quicker to sign up to another practitioner and then get help and be seen by a doctor. Lucky for me, I don’t get sick often, but I’ve been unlucky with this recurring issue. which they still haven’t been able to resolve.

I’ve been with Lisson Grove Practice for more than 10 years. Their staff are amazing. Supportive doctors, nurses, receptionists showed they really care for their patients. Sad to be moving away. Wish them carrying on their positivity in the midst of this difficult time for NHS and everyone

Once passed the mediocre reception, the dental clinic which can be accessed by ringing a bell at the desk was a dream clinic. I was treated with respect and care, without feeling rushed. I then returned to get the tooth extraction done and they were so friendly! I felt safe from introductions to running through the process through carrying out the sedation to completing the surgery and post ops checks. All staff were extra friendly and had no issues answering any questions. The procedure was efficient and went through quickly. The availability is also good as I only waited 6 weeks from consultation to operation. Too bas there is a lack of parking though.

I have been a happy "customer" at the Lisson Grove Health Centre for about 30 years now. First I saw Doctor Wormell, then Doctor Tonkin and at the moment Doctor Scozzi. All have been excellent doctors who take very good care of their patients and really care about the well-being of the patients. Now as my previous two doctors no longer work at Lisson Grove I focus my review on Doctor Scozzi. She is competent and efficient and has excellent listening skills. She replied all my questions in a detailed manner, made me feel at ease, and recommended appropriate actions to be taken. NHS is operating under unusually heavy constraints right now, hence I wanted to give the team at The Lisson Grove Health Centre a thumbs up. Also compliments to the nice and competent blond lady at the reception who has been there as long as I have visited the surgery. She has consistently provided excellent customer service. Overall the Lisson Grove team is very good and I appreciate the hard work and dedication which they demonstrate. Keep up the good work.
