Brilliant service by Jack my Mrs is really happy with the doors supplied and fitted also the bedroom built in wardrobe door fram had cracked and hinge pulled away replaced and painted thankyou very trust worthy & honest lad me and my Mrs had to work well Jack done the worth which we was more then comfortable to trust him in our home comming home from work to no mess left and work completed with no hassle.

Jack came and fixed my two living doors that We could no longer open or close due to having a new carpet. Who knew having carpets would make you need to chop so much of your door off. I also asked on the day when he arrived if he could saw fence panels, as I had a fence that needed cutting down and he managed to do that on the day for me as well which was amazing as I was just expecting him to say yes and give me a date he could come back to do it. I will definitely be booking you back in for my next doors that will need doing thank you.

Extremely disappointed with the fitting of 2 of 7 doors supplied and fitted - After reading all the glowing reviews and the diligence shown upon surveying, I thought I would go with Jack…However after fitting the bathroom door (Which was surveyed) the gap on the lock side was so large you couldn’t lock the door. The thumb turn lock barely touched the keeper on the frame. After complaining and waiting several months for Jack to revisit the problem, the door was adjusted and was just about acceptable - However the door is now hitting the frame and therefore requires force to get it to close. After contacting Jack again it was the usual response “I'm booked up for a few weeks so I wouldn't be able to get bk to you anytime soon” This approach of taking months to try and rectify poor workmanship is not acceptable, as it’s 5 months since the work was ‘so called’ completed…So to summarise great attention to detail at the sales pitch, however when it comes to after sales and backing up his own work - It is truly the worst level I have ever experienced and I’ve engaged a number of trades over the past couple of years. So be aware if everything doesn’t go according to plan you are in for a bumpy ride !!! I am now engaging an alternative joiner to correctly fit my bathroom door - Which is probably the most used and most important door in anyones house…If I could I would give zero stars. I could add more to this review, but will hold off as I want no more to do with Lisgo Construction Ltd and jacks can’t do attitude.

Jack did an excellent job replacing and painting a very old outside door. I struggled to find someone to do this job. Jack turned up as arranged to measure and give me a quote, all in the pouring rain. The job itself was completed in a morning and looks fantastic. Very professional and friendly guy and I highly recommend him.
