Luke was very friendly and welcoming, and was very clear and descriptive when delivering the sessions of DBT. I feel like after completing the 12 weeks I have more clarity and control over my thoughts and emotions. The delivery each week was thoughtful and clearly thought out, discussing how to take skills and make them personal to you. A very engaging and interactive experience, one I am positive and pleased to experience myself.
