Had an appointment for piercing which was a surprise for my daughter but when I turned up I was told nobody was there to do it and to come back tomorrow. This was despite having received an email the day before to confirm the appointment. I emailed Jack and got no response. I also sent a message via Facebook Messenger which was read and ignored. Extremely disappointed at this poor customer service - not a cancellation beforehand, not even an acknowledgment or apology. Will not be going back.

Love it, love it, love it. Needs to be a tad bigger to allow a bit of privacy for the customer. Daughter went in a while ago and had not had any problems. So while having a nose around, my bestie and me decided to have our ears unconventionally pierced. We were treated lovely. Not like crazy old ladies, having midlife crisis 😂. Can't wait for the next unconventional addition to my body 🤣🤣
