Have a XC40 from new now 19 months old and had same issue unresolved by Volvo. Key's not in car comes up and now have problems opening the car. 7 visits to Volvo Canterbury, still not resolved, told to unplugged my devises, usb, 12v plug in and car camera as it maybe affecting the car!!

Routine yearly service booked; I knew I needed a couple of new tyres prior to visit. Several other repairs required following inspection of he car by the servicing team one of which was critical. Work was undertaken in 24 hours. I received excellent hospitality with taxi service to and from my home making the whole experience streamlined and painless.

First time visiting Volvo Canterbury (I usually go to Maidstone) and I was really impressed and pleased with the customer service. They fitted me in for a Polestar upgrade extremely quickly, Mark was very knowledgeable about Polestar and took the time to take me to my car afterwards and show me where the option was etc. It was all done really promptly and no delays with time. If everywhere was like here! Oh! AND this was the first car dealership I think I’ve ever been to where there was plenty of customer parking!! Made life so much easier. Big thumbs up for Lipscomb Canterbury +++
