Very little interest in customer satisfaction these people. Went for a diagnostic on an Abarth I had recently bought, 200 quid and they basically just told me they couldn't connect to the plug to do the diagnostic and it needed replacing. Oh but they wash your car which, to add insult to injury, I had to wait for. Then I got a quote to replace the plug in question, 450 plus tax! Instead I just had a fantastic local auto electrician drive to me, replace the plug, run a diagnostic for me without even being asked, 95 quid. Which tells me for my original 200 quid Lipscomb's could at least have changed the plug, if they had wanted to..... How in God's name they could quote 450 for that job I don't know but of course, joe public has no idea, some people will just say yes. Beware people, Lipscomb's is not on your side!

Absolute joke, empty showroom, was stood alone for 20 minutes, 3 people sat chatting at the desks. Was willing to drop £24k on the Abarth in the room and just picked up a car from Big Motoring World up the road. Joke Service
