Fantastic experience with getting an on the day emergency appointment for my little boy! Yes there was a lot of waiting on the phone, but they got him in twice to make sure he was progressing well through the day. Massive thank you to Dr A Holden, what a fantastic doctor!!

Liphook Village Surgery have been fantastic since I moved in a year ago. I have a number of issues and they have always been prompt with telephone appointments and prescriptions. You can phone the in the morning for a consultation or fill in an online form out of hours. I really cannot fault them.

Booking system is still a disgrace. They make it almost impossible to get an appointment. The response below was incorrect. I have only had difficulty booking since post covid. Receptionist very unhelpful. Abysmal. Appointment booking procedure is a disgrace. Repeat prescriptions delayed due to doctor having not signed the form. Used to be excellent. The new merger is a failure in my view.

Plus side was the receptionist was personable and pleasant to talk to. To the not so great: It was my first time calling the surgery, waited over 10mins just to get through to reception, only to find out there are no appointments available at that surgery or even the other one in Liphook. Have to go to the one in Liss instead. The NHS app doesn't work at the moment either, so recommending using that is a complete waste of time. To top it off, she couldn't even give me the full address for this new surgery, because the postcode was written with an '&' sign instead of 7. (I had to look it up for her whilst on the phone, so she could correct it on their system). Just poor.

A few weeks ago I attended the Liphook Village Surgery. I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for such wonderful, compassionate care. I was seen firstly by Dr McEvoy who was exceptionally kind and thorough and really helped to ease my anxiety. I also saw the wonderful Practice Nurse Jacinta who went over and above with her professionalism and kindness. I am so grateful for all you do. Thank you.

Disappointing experience with a rude receptionist! I appreciate that they are busy with demanding hours- but the current calling hours are limited until lunchtime unless it’s an emergency- not necessarily ideal for working people! You are also repeatedly advised to use the website, which is not ideal for an aging population! Turns out I’d actually called the wrong surgery, but I don’t appreciate being spoken to like an idiot- customer is always right etc etc

I recently attended an appointment and I have to say I'm a little disappointed. The Doctor said they would examine me, which they did, but also said they would examine me laying down which they didn't. The reason for this is because the Doctor was more interested in talking to me about my weight problem rather than the issue I had actually made an appointment for. Now I'm 51years old and I know I've more than a few pounds to lose and prior to lockdown I had actually lost 2 and a half stones and yes admittedly many pounds have piled back on and I am now following my usual regime, now I can purchase healthier options from the Supermarket again. However, the said Doctor spent 3 times longer talking to me about various Diets I could try than the actual problem I went in for. If I wanted to discuss my weight issues I would have booked an appointment with a Dietician at RSCH. Please stick to the problem and not dismiss it because the patient has other problems. It's very off putting and actually quite rude. Update, Surgery dealt with this in a polite and professional manner and have apologised and explained that this was not supposed to be malicious in any way. I am happy with the outcome.
