I diverted from King Alfred's Way due a very badly grinding bottom bracket. Arrived at the shop at 9.30 unannounced, by 9.50 the chap who works there had fitted a new BB and lubed the drivetrain. Honestly, he was great and enabled me to be able to continue my 4 day ride. Thank you.
