I needed some metal clips for my classic 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ40. I could only find similar clips in the States and no one else was manufacturing these following the manufacturers spec. After a lot of research, I contacted these guys in Rochdale, Lion Springs and requested if i could witness the manufacture process of these clips. After some wait, the company agreed to my request and permitted me to witness the making of these clips for my fully restored and restomod Toyota Land Cruiser BJ40. I am indebted to the owner's who made these clips to a higher standard than was originally created by the manufacturer. The whole process took almost half a day as different machines were setup to create the multiple bends and curves needed for the final product. Then the process of cleaning, washing and treating the metal to give it its required properties. Overall I can say, Lion Springs did a magnificent job.
