Linwood House has saved my life. I was a victim of childhood and narcissistic abuse through different relationships and I was in a dark place deep in the insanity of addiction when I arrived. Gaynor's empathy brought be out of a deep depression and aggression and the other Therapists (Kerry, Julie and Sherie) all supported me to find the skills I need that has enabled me to see the great in life again. An additional massive thank you needs to go to the night Support Worker Sian who is on the most empathetic and supportive ladies I have met in her profession and spent many hours at night working through my issues and helping support bringing me back to the light and to learn to love/trust again. Thank you to you all!!

Accommodation clean and well presented the cleaning team keep the whole building pristine. Food a good variety and the cooks make every effort to cater for your dietary needs. Therapists Sherrie my angel., she challenged me when I needed to be. Lovely Maggie you don't need a drink or adrug today! All the therapists truly want you to succeed thank you. Nursing staff kind and caring also very approachable. Nursing assistants you know I loved you all. Would highly recommend this establishment

I had exceptional care and support at Linwood House. My therapist was Sherrie who was brilliant for me and really helped give me the tools and advice I needed to help me moving forwards with my sobriety. All the therapists were good but I felt very lucky to have got Sherrie. The management aren't great but the core staff are really supportive and care a great deal. Overall I had a very positive experience at Linwood and it has had a very positive influence on my life.
