Not the place it used to be staff generally speaking are unhelpful some have no manners at all especially in the petrol station customer service very poor if you drive around the side of the building where recycling bins are located it is filthy no longer shop at this location prefer to go to the blackheath store where the staff are very helpful.

The trolley situation here is now ridiculous. The trolleys are rammed so tightly together that it is virtually impossible to release one. Yesterday, a member of staff told me to try the trolley park on the other side of the store as three rows of trolleys were stuck. I walked round to the other side, still no good. I ended up having to walk round the car park trying to find a trolley. Not sure if it's a design fault or your trolley man is over zealous, but it needs sorting out. And speaking of design faults, why do none of the larger trolleys have a holder for the Smart Shop device? The smaller ones do so it can be done. Seems odd when shoppers are actively encouraged to use Smart Shop.
