Excellent customer service from Abbie, the company should give her a pay rise because she is very understanding and highly professional. I have slight autism so I can be difficult to understand, however Abbie knew how to handle the situation remarkably well considering I'm extremely impatient. She was very considerate in all aspects and reminded me of things that never crossed my mind. When Barclaycard ignored my pleas for help with paying off my debt they unknowingly sold it off to Link Financial. Since then the company have been amazing. Taking every step to help me on my path to financial recovery.. Very understanding and sympathetic staff putting my mind at ease and helping me set up an affordable payment plan.. 10/10 from me.

I spoke with link this morning and again they were fantastic very understanding and extremely helpful. There was no judgement. I've had bad experiences before with other companies so was hesitant to sort this out but I did and the lovely I spoke too really put me at ease and listened to everything I said and again was extremely understanding. I truly hope Naayaab gets the recognition for how fantastic she was with me. Thank you so much for everything you did for me you truly are an amazing person and I can't thank you enough for putting my anxiety at ease and listening to me it really meant alot so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much.

I contacted Link to discuss a balance they believed I owed from 2014. The woman was very nice, I said ‘I don’t admit liability for your claim’, ‘please cease and desist all contact’. She continually tried to get me to accept liability ‘so you’re saying you didn’t take these out? Are you saying it’s fraud? Are you saying these aren’t associated with your ’ I repeated myself and asked for a manager, she said there was no manager. She kept rephrasing her questions, i word for word repeated myself until she said ‘ok I’ll get you a manager’ then they hung up. They deliberately ask you leading questions. Stick to the script and tell them you don’t accept liability and you want them to cease and desist contacting you. Stay calm.
