A little bit scarce with details over the phone, but fantastic in shop!! Couldn't be more helpful! Really nice and friendly, yet professional, and did a fantastic job on all I asked. (An engraved dog tag, shoes, AND a key cut! ) Worth actually going into shop rather than phoning. They also stock some lovely stuff. 😁😁
