    I would give 0.5 stars if I would be allowed and that would be for Jayne only. I do not recommend at all this surgery, avoid it at all costs!!! I had booked a consultation with dr khalid irshad in September at 4:30PM. Bare in mind he might go under different forenames as he has a few forenames and used different forename at every surgery he worked for or he might simply introduce himself with the forename only. I have paid for the consultation in advance £50 as per the policy. After waiting and waiting I have been attended at 5:45PM. During all this time waiting for the doctor to see me, I had the pleasure to meet one of his patients who has been waiting since morning for him for a surgery. She had one of her breasts very infected and this doctor kept delaying to see her. She was clearly very worried as the procedure seemed to be very complicated and this doctor didn't seem to care much. Anyway, I have been seen by this so called doctor irshad who has been very unprofessional. Apart from the fact that I have been waiting to be seen for an hour and 15 mins, he took the liberty to take personal calls, send text messages and check the Rightmove website on his phone, I assume he was trying to rent a property. I don't mind people doing this, but not during my consultation and on MY MONEY! He was simply taking calls explaining to the agents about renting references and other stuff. He rushed me during the consultation, I was left with no words, then he simply left after about 10 mins as he had things to do. After a few days, I have spoken to Jayne, who seemed to be very nice at the beginning, and explained to her the situation. She said that she will speak to the finance department for a refund to be made to me. It's been a couple of weeks since then and she keeps lying to me that the refund will be made. Sorry, Jayne, but I can no longer trust your word, I know that you simply said that so that I do not go ahead with my complaint. This is my experience with irshad and he didn't give me the impression that he was a professional at all. Again, I do not recommend!!

    I cannot commend - or, indeed, recommend - the staff enough. Dr Aslam and his team were exceptional on all fronts - client communication, procedure execution and after-care. All my needs were met with professional rigour and genuine dedication. The pre and post procedures were explained succinctly and clearly, laying out accurate projections of results and expectations. This integrity was extremely important to me as I did not seek to be under any false pretences about results, due to the condition of my skin. In short, I cannot recommend Linia and their team of professionals enough - I thank them profusely!

    DO NOT GO HERE AND GET YOUR SURGERY. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND AM LIVING WITH IT. DR ASLAM PERFORMED BODY ENHANCEMENT ON MY LEGS USING BIO ALCAMID SOME YEARS AGO AND IM STILL HAVING TROUBLE WITH IT YEARS LATER. I WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO HAVE CORRECTIVE SURGERY DUE TO HIS BODGED JOB. REBECCA HIS ASSISTANT IS TERRIBLE AND RUDE AND DESPITE MY MANY ATTEMPTS TO SEE MR ASLAM TURNED ME AWAY. THIS I BELIEVE WAS A WAY TO GET RID OF ME SO THAT HE NO LONGER WANTED TO DEAL WITH ME. HE JUST KRPT ON TURNING ME AWAY DESPITE BEING PHD IN FULL AND KNOWLEDGE I HAD PRO BLESS POST-SUGERY. MR ASLAM ALSO SLAPPED MY FACE OUT OF THE BLUE IN ONE SCENARIO WHEN I WAS IN HIS SURGERY. THE AREA WHERE I HAD MY TREATMENT IS AWFUL WITH A BLUE COLOUR SHOWING THROUGH MY SKIN AND GRANULAR. SOME HOW I WILL HAVE THE BIO ALCAMID REMOVED. HE SHOULD BE STRUCK OFF THE REGISTER AS HE IS NOT A VIABLE SURGERY BUT A ROGUE MONEY-GRABBING SURGERY.

    There is a receptionist call REBECCA in skin clinic, she is the worst receptionist I ever met. Basically, she is rude to people and she doesn't know any telephone manner at all. I'm sure I want recommended anyone to go here to get this poor ridiculous service
