Just took delivery of my second car from LingsCars, a VW T-Cross, and once again they were a pleasure to deal with. Despite a long wait for my car to be built and delivered (not LingsCars fault) I was kept informed every step of the way by Guy (the GOAT) as to what stage my build was at and estimates. The best thing about them is they talk to you like they've known you for years, no nonsense and made up information, all accurate and fair and to be honest I really appreciated their honesty and not being strung along every time I got an update. I took a lease out with them 3.5 years ago when supply chains were a little more normal, and I can vouch for their service both with quick and slow turnarounds now. Frankly, I'd find it hard to go anywhere else! Huge thanks to all the staff for their help in securing me a cracking brand new lease! 5 star company.

Cannot express how good the guys at Lings are. They took care of me (new to car leasing) from start to finish, were patient with my constant questions surrounding car leasing, and their response time was absolutely unreal, I'm talking minutes here!!!!!!! The best thing about Ling's though, has to be that you get treated like an adult and told exactly what is going on with your car leasing process, there's no bull*hi* like at a car dealership, the guys tell you the truth and treat you with respect 100% of the time. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll be back again in 3 years for a renewal!!!!
