As a customer, I've had to concede to Ling's schedules and therefore I've had to wait over four weeks for my new bike having seen it and ordered it from the showroom floor a month previously. Throughout the past month, I've flagged my frustration, hoping things would improve and I could leave a more positive review. With one exception (the service co-ordinator), I've been treated like a nuisance customer, with no hint of understanding, explanation, or apology.

Called in here as looking to purchase a new bike, salesman couldn't even be bothered to get up and talk to us, enquired as to the price of a Ducati and he told us to scan the qr code on the bike if we wanted to know how much it was, clothing dept was also closed. Went on to CJ Ball in Norwich who couldn't have been more helpful, guess who's getting my business, not Lings!
