Refuse to give their patients appointments, that's if you can even get through on the phone. Had to rely on getting to hospital since the surgery wouldn't see me

I would like to share my experiences in booking an appointment with the women's health specialist practitioner. From requesting appointments with the receptionist to my telephone consultation, 5 stars. Professional, kind, understanding and compassionate throughout. Thank you!

I would of gave a 0 if I could. This has to be the worst GP. They never seem to have doctors available and there only advise is to go to A&E. This GP needs shutting down. They are killing of patients and are happily taking on a wage.

Revised 2023-01-23: Received a fairly prompt callback upon request; it seems the systems have been fixed. The representative was polite and had all the information I needed on-hand. This three star review doesn't mean "bad", but it is three stars for "sufficient". I'm relieved that there has been such an improvement to service. The telephones don’t work. At all. I’ve tried on several of my own lines, dozens of times. I can’t go in-person because I’m overseas, but my medical records are held on-site here, so I’m stuck waiting for a bloody miracle to be able to contact this centre.
